WHO Fellowship Programme on International Health Collaboration and Management July 6- 10, 2015

Five days Fellowship programme  on International Health Collaboration and Management was organized for the Seven WHO fellows from Myanmar  at the IIHMR Delhi. The course contents included Global Health – problems, issues, Health systems – building blocks and policies, Health systems in Developed and Developing Countries, Inter- sectoral issues, UN Millennium goals and Universal Health Coverage, Social Security, Health Insurance in developing countries, Global Health and diseases, Skills Development, Human Resource in Health and Capacity Building, Role of National and International NGOs in health Role of National and International NGOs in health. Besides the interactions and presentations by the faculty, interesting cases studies were also taken up. The participants highly appreciated the course contents. The training ended with a celebration with dance at the valedictory dinner.
