IIHMR Delhi training programme on Health System Strengthening Building Blocks for Ministry of Public Health from Afghanistan (1st Feb- 5th Feb 2015).

IIHMR Delhi held a training programme on Health System Strengthening Building Blocks for Ministry of Public Health from Afghanistan between 1st February to 5th February 2015.

The programme was sponsored by WHO. Important issues related to Human Resource Management & Leadership, Logistics and Supply Chain, Innovative Policies, HRH, Community Centered Health Services Delivery Systems, HIS, Surveillance and  Monitoring  of Public Health Progarammes, Quality issue in Public Health,  Health Financing Models in India etc were discussed. Most of the session started with Case Studies and Group Work presentations by the participants. The programme was supplemented with two half day field visits to see the working of Institutions and interact with the functionaries  of government institutions.
